When you apply, you can take our short self-assessment built around six core skills: continuous learning, human leadership, collaboration, adaptability, results focus, and problem-solving.
The questionnaire is optional, but it is designed to give you fresh insight into your strengths. In just 20 minutes, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your skills and practical coaching tips to support your growth.
At Grafton, we set you up for success from the start. Our training mirrors the way pilots are developed: theory backed by practical scenarios, safe simulations through roleplay, on-the-job learning as a copilot, and finally, leading as the main pilot.
You’ll build skills step-by-step through 50+ courses covering everything from screening and interviewing candidates to meeting clients and becoming an expert consultant.
But don’t worry about being overwhelmed. Our onboarding is tailored to your level and role. Whether you’re just beginning your recruitment career or already an experienced consultant, you’ll find blended courses designed to take you to the next stage in your career.
For example, beginners might take courses on candidate call preparation, structure, and skills, while experienced consultants are pushed to enhance their business development skill with global best practices and proven strategies from both inside and outside the recruitment industry.
